Kenny & Nick's Famous Grilled Pizza's!

The "German Pizza"

1 Small dough from the Mad Greek in Southbury, CT
1 TBSP of German Mustard
1/2lb of PTM Crumbly Kielbasa, removed from casing and pan fried
1/4 Carmelized Onions
Kashar Cheese from Artisan Made America lightly grated

Roll dough brush will olive oil and grill on open fire till slightly crisp. Spread mustard over dough and sprinkle with crumbly kielbasa, onions and cheese. Place over hot charcoal until cheese is melted and crust is crisp. Drizzle with 1000 Island dressing and Enjoy!

The BBQ Chicken Pizza

1 Small dough from the Mad Greek in Southbury, CT
Sweet Baby Ray's BBQ sauce
1 Percy Thomson Meadows Chicken Breast
1/4 Cup of Carmelized Onions
1/4lb of Fresh Mozzerella from Artisan Made America (Joe's Dairy, NY)

Roll dough brush will olive oil and grill on open fire till slightly crisp. Spread BBQ sauce over dough and sprinkle with chicken, onions and cheese. Place over hot charcoal until cheese is melted and crust is crisp. Enjoy!
